As part of it’s deliberate efforts to encourage in sporting activities, gateway international church has recently organized a table tennis competition among youths in gateway international church.

The table tennis competition which was keenly contested among some male youths in gateway international church featured some interested members of the church who emerged as winners of the table tennis competition exercise.

Presenting the cash prizes to the winners of the table tennis competition on Sunday August 25,2024, after the church service, one of the senior pastors in gateway international church, pastor Joseph Ajeshi said that the winners of the table tennis competition organized by gateway international church performed well to be adjudged winners of the competition.

According to pastor Ajeshi, the essence of giving the winners of the table tennis competition some cash was to encourage them in the areas of sporting activities.

He opined that gateway international church is one church encourages it’s members in various ways of specialization.

Those who emerged as winners of the competition are , Mr Thank God Tobin who took first position, Sokari Real, second position, while Gods will Thank God emerged as the third position.

In a seminar development, gateway international church also gave out food items and cash as part of the church monthly benevolence to it’s members, especially the single mothers, widows, students and business men and women.

While making the presentation to the beneficiaries, pastor Joseph Ajeshi said that gateway international church decided on it’s magnanimity to help some widows, single mothers and students with food items and cash as part of the church benevolence to it’s members.

He said that the benevolence which is every last Sunday of the month and in batches is geared towards assisting members of the church, especially the widows, single mothers, students, and business men and women whose businesses are going down to start up something again to help themselves.

Pastor Joseph Ajeshi used the opportunity to charge the beneficiaries , especially the business men and women to ensure that they utilize the money that the gateway international church provided for them, while declaring that they will never experience failure in their various businesses.

On school category assistance, the beneficiaries include,wariya E . mercy, Dimkpa Beatrice, Karina Elowerem Jonathan among others, while those who received cash for for small businesses are Rose Philip, Asuoyioha Joy Batubo, Chinyere Okoli and Ogochi.

Over 30 members of gateway international church benefited from August 2024 batch benevolence.
